We started as 4 personal trainers in Cambridge who wanted to do things differently.
We used to work in big corporate gyms.
We saw how the fitness world seems more focused on fear and profit than well-being.
You’ve seen it — the endless ads preying on your insecurities. Suggesting your body is “out of shape” or on the brink of collapse.
We were disillusioned with how the fitness industry treated us and our clients.
We knew we could do better.
A “Cheat Code” to Life
Dirty Water Fitness is our answer to the fitness industry's noise. Here, we don't buy into the idea that fitness is a constant battle against your body. Instead, our members appreciate the life-changing benefits of being strong without the fear of falling apart.
We think of strength as a “cheat code” to life.
It doesn’t define you — it just makes your favorite activities easier.
Our gym is built on respect, encouragement, and evidence-based strength and conditioning practices. Whether it's your first step into fitness or you're a seasoned athlete, there’s a place for you here.
Join our Cambridge gym today to start the journey to your strongest self.
